Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the kedai888 website accessible at kedai888.run, together with all services offered on it.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses the services of this platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a user using valid personal information.
• "Funds" refers to the Ringgit Malaysia (RM) balance available in a user's account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, special offers or promotions given by kedai888 to users.

Account Eligibility and Registration

To use kedai888 services, users must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of account registration.
• Act on their own behalf and not on behalf of any other party.
• Not be in breach of any laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the user resides.
• Have not previously had an account closed due to fraud, misconduct or breach of terms.

Account registration requires the provision of accurate and up-to-date personal information. Each user is permitted to register only one account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same user is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with the forfeiture of any associated funds or bonuses.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the kedai888 platform are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM10 regardless of the payment method chosen.
• The minimum withdrawal per request is RM100.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the payment method and verification requirements.
• Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH).

All transactions must be carried out using payment methods registered in the same user's name. kedai888 reserves the right to reject or suspend any withdrawal request that raises suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering. In such cases, users may be required to submit additional documents before the withdrawal is processed.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

kedai888 offers various promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to set wagering requirements. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus winnings can be counted as withdrawable funds.

The kedai888 Welcome Bonus is as follows:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500.
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount received.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → account balance RM200 → total wagering required RM100 × 15 = RM1,500.
• Another example: Deposit RM3,200 → bonus RM1,500 → account balance RM4,700 → total wagering required RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500.

kedai888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotions, including hedging bets or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

Game Rules and Wagering

Users agree to comply with all applicable rules for each type of game available on the kedai888 platform, including online slots, live casino, baccarat, sportsbook and other games. Specific rules for each game are stated on the relevant pages within the platform.

• The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed unless a provable technical error has occurred.
• Any confirmed bet cannot be cancelled.
• kedai888 reserves the right to void bets placed based on incorrect odds or system technical errors.
• The use of automated software, bots or any method considered cheating is strictly prohibited.

VIP Programme and Weekly Cashback

Loyal kedai888 members are eligible to join the VIP programme, which consists of four tiers. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate as a reward for user loyalty:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 1.1%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 1.5%

Progress in the VIP programme is based on the user's wagering activity over time. VIP tiers may be adjusted based on the user's current activity level. Cashback is credited automatically and is subject to the wagering requirements set for each tier.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the kedai888 platform:

• Using the platform for any illegal activity including money laundering or fraud.
• Creating an account using false personal information or another person's identity.
• Attempting to hack, damage or disrupt the platform's systems or security.
• Distributing harmful or disruptive content or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Exploiting any bugs or technical errors found in the system.

Breaching any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds and legal action where appropriate.

Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

Users have the right to close their account at any time for personal reasons. Account closure requests may be submitted to the customer support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all remaining active funds will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

• Unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence in safeguarding their password.
• Delays in processing financial transactions caused by third-party factors.

kedai888's total liability to any user under any circumstances will not exceed the amount deposited by the user into their account in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

kedai888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be communicated to users via the platform or email at least three days before the amendments take effect, except where an immediate amendment is required for security or legal reasons.

Continued use of the platform after an amendment notice is deemed acceptance of the amended terms. Users who do not agree with the relevant amendments have the right to close their account before the date the amendments take effect.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kedai888 is registered under its international licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of this platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, it will be referred to arbitration as determined by kedai888 in accordance with the procedures applicable under that licensing. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
